TCR UK Ltd are market leaders within the field of Ground Service Equipment rental, repair and maintenance within the airline/airport industry. We have an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in fast paced environment, looking to join a well-established and rapidly expanding company with exciting progression opportunities. In this role the administrator will be supporting all the team with invoice, delivery, stock and day to day queries. They will play a key role in keeping in dealing with finance and vendors to ensure invoices arrive with all the correct information including any postage/delivery charges the invoices need to match what is on the Purchase Order.
The Role:
Responsible for all invoice queries
Understand Basware and ELC Good Received Notes (GRN)
Input stock counts into ELC
Helping stock counts into ELC
Helping with stock counts
Adhoc driving – if parts are required and can be collected
Call suppliers to get up to date information on purchase order deliveries
Update pricing files
Run stock reports
General admin duties on ELC (stock holding quantities)
The Person:
Experienced in working in a fast paced environment and able to work on many tasks at one time
Good organisation skills, with attention to detail
Team player, with ‘can do attitude’
Understands how invoicing process works
Professional, proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal and customer facing-facing skills
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues
Ability to quickly assess and resolve problems
Knowledge and Skills:
Enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure
Understanding financial invoice process
Must hold a full and valid driving license
Computer literate
