The position will provide ongoing support to the designated TCR entities within the shared service department. You responsible to perform tasks of administration activities in the ERP system/digital archives.

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
You will be supporting our business by being responsible for:
Operation/Business Support Management
Work order administration till invoicing by using ERP system (record the write up of WO, propose chargeable or non-chargeable work, invoice/close WO, archive WO and related documents)
Daily timesheet data entry into ERP system
Prepare KPI reporting
Be Postmaster to distribute the incoming email/documents into the folders
Identify issue and highlight the concerned areas/aspects related to your works to your reporting line
Be backup of team in case of sickness or holidays plan
Job rotation within the team will be assigned to build a strong support team to the region
Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned by your direct manager/other superiors designated from time to time
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting, or equivalent
Eager to learn
IT system-savvy: have experience with EPR systems, and knowledge of SAP system is a plus point
Computer-literate with MS Office skills
Good with numbers as well as the written words
Strong administration and time management skills – with strong attention to details
International contacts working environment. Proficiency in English is a must
Express yourself effectively and to-the-point. Endeavor to get solutions on issues
Has the can-do mentality and takes initiative
Strong in building and maintaining your interpersonal relationships
Must possess own transport
