We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Heathrow.
About the role
You will support our UK business to deliver a full generalist HR service, providing advice and guidance across the whole employment life cycle, in areas such as employee relations, engagement & communication, learning & development and other activities which supports the implementation of people and business objectives.
You’ll need to have a strong generalist background, ideally from a multi-site, unionised organsiation. You need to have a good understanding of managing employee relations cases and have up to date knowledge of employment law. You will need to be able to work with HR systems and data to identify areas for improvement. You need to be able to manage your workload independently by working closely with internal customers to meet their needs and prioritise activities accordingly.
You’ll have at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent and relevant experience.
The role is based at Heathrow, but travel will be required. There may also be times where an early start or late finish is required to support our 365, 24/7 operation.
You will need to:
Be able to demonstrate your Right To Work in the UK
Be able to obtain an airside pass which will require you to undergo a criminal record check and 5 year history verification
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Provide certification for all qualifications
