Andrew Shipp

GSE Technician Stansted

It is a really nice family culture here. I have been supported by other Technicians and can see there is opportunity to grow into a management position one day.

Karl Wooster

Operations Manager Gatwick

I have worked for TCR for 7 and a half years, I am the Operations Manager at London Gatwick. Very early on in my career I started with TCR on the shop floor as a GSE Technician and have since worked my way up the ladder to my current position.
I enjoy working for TCR. The work environment is constantly changing with every working day different, and I am always looked after by the TCR family.

Darryl Beswetherick

Operations Manager Luton

I have worked for TCR for over 2 years and never looked back. I first started as a GSE Technician and soon became Workshop Supervisor enjoying the variety of work. One day I could be in the workshop and the next day I would be Airside on the front line assisting our customers.
The work-life balance here at TCR is brilliant, and as for progression, I am proof of this as I am now the Operations Manager of the Luton Site where I first joined.

Harry Toms

Apprentice GSE Technician – London Heathrow

If you are looking for a practical course and wish to gain an accredited qualification in mechanical engineering, then I am happy to say TCR is the place for you. I could be working on large commercial trucks or heavy lifters and loaders on week, or learning some auto-electricians skills. The job varies, the course is rewarding and the people I work with are so helpful. If I can do it, so can anyone!

Callum Hall

Apprentice GSE Technician – London Heathrow

I have been an Apprentice GSE Technician at TCR since 2016 and would recommend anyone looking into a mechanical engineering Apprenticeship to see what TCR have to offer. So far I am on track to finish my Level 3 by the end of 2019. The mix of classroom and workshop practical experience is a good balance. You will need to work hard to complete the assessments, but it is satisfying to know how far you have come and get to achieve a qualification at the end of it.

Jakob Carter

Apprentice GSE Technician – London Heathrow

I have been with TCR since September 2017. I am gaining a qualification of NVQ Level 2 and real life practical skills to build my future. I attend college and then apply my learning with the support of all the technicians at work where I can get my hands dirty. The best bit is that I get paid to learn and am hoping to have a long career here at TCR as a fully qualified GSE Technician.
